Freelance Civil Design/ Land Development Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a Freelance Civil Design & Land Development Engineer with solid experience in high-rise residential projects. The engineer will be responsible for producing complete civil and land development designs from concept to construction stage, including signing and sealing of all applicable plans and documents, in compliance with Philippine laws, codes, and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare civil and land development designs from scratch for high-rise residential projects
• Develop site development plans, grading plans, drainage plans, road networks, and utilities layouts
• Perform engineering design calculations for earthworks, roads, and drainage systems
• Coordinate civil designs with architectural, structural, and MEPFS disciplines
• Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, DPWH standards, LGU requirements, and other applicable regulations
