Freelance Event Planner

REFORM is gearing up for an upcoming experiential event scheduled for either May or August 2026 (final date to be confirmed), and we're looking for a reliable, detail-driven Freelance Event Planner / Coordinator to help bring this concept to life.
This role will start as soon as possible and will work closely with our team to plan, coordinate, and execute a rooftop-style experience that brings together our people, partners, and creative community. The event concept blends movement, music, learning, and connection, think wellness or light sports (e.g. pilates), DJ-led vibes, and relaxed networking in a thoughtfully curated space.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys turning ideas into well-run, memorable experiences, from planning decks and timelines to on-ground execution.
