Freelance Event Planner

REFORM is gearing up for a major event in May 2026, and we're looking for a reliable, detail-driven Freelance Event Planner / Coordinator to help bring it to life. This role starts in February 2026 and will work closely with our team to plan, coordinate, and execute an event that brings together our people, partners, and creative community.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys turning ideas into well-run, meaningful experiences from planning decks and timelines to on-ground execution.
What you will do
Lead end-to-end planning and coordination for REFORM's upcoming event (pre-event to post-event).
Translate event objectives into clear timelines, run sheets, and action plans.
Coordinate vendors, venues, and partners, ensuring smooth communication and delivery.
Manage logistics for an event of approximately 120 pax, covering multiple audience groups.
Oversee on-ground operations and troubleshoot issues calmly and efficiently.
