    THE ROLE Responsible for providing effective career development and job search consulting to Careerminds outplacement participants on an individual and/or group basis as directed.


    This is a 100% remote, 1099 contract role.  THE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Establishes rapport with participants and motivates them to achieve goals.
