JOB DESCRIPTION
At Terra, we are looking for someone to fill the position of Global Recruiter to provide freelance support to our recruitment team. This is a freelance, part-time position that is 100% remote and involves working closely with a dynamic team of recruiters.
We are seeking individuals with an excellent command of English and recruitment experience, preferably within the industry. If that sounds like you, we'd love to meet you
Responsibilities:
•    Source, identify, and recruit global freelance language professionals.
•    Assess candidates against client requirements to ensure high-quality project matches.
Requirements:
•    Advanced proficiency in English.
•    Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within the translation or language services industry.
•    Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
•    Based in Latin America.
