Freelance OSS Engineer – Oracle / Unified Assurance (Telecom)

Spain | 100% Remote

We are currently looking for an experienced OSS Engineer to join a telecom production environment project.

This is a freelance contract position (3 months, with possible extension) .

Candidates must be based in Spain.

Role Overview

You will work within a live telecom OSS/BSS environment, supporting operations, integrations, automation, and monitoring processes, with a strong focus on Oracle OSS and Unified Assurance.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience with Oracle OSS and Unified Assurance (UA)
• Strong background in OSS/BSS telecom environments
• Scripting skills: Perl, Bash, or PowerShell
• Experience with REST / SOAP API integrations
• Advanced SQL knowledge (Oracle, MySQL, InfluxDB)
• Process automation and monitoring experience
• Familiarity with ITSM tools (Remedy, Jira)
