What are we looking for?
Skills Required
Essential: Demonstrated experience in Australian financial planning/paraplanning
Proficiency using any financial platform such as Plutosoft, CRM (which ones), Xplan/AdviserLogic/Midwinter; strong Excel/Sheets
Impeccable data accuracy, file notes, and record-keeping
Team player: proactive, comfortable making calls, deadline/KPI-reliable
Nice to have: RG146 (preferred, not required)
Excellent written English
What will you do?
Craft audit-ready SOAs/ROAs with accurate, traceable calcs
Turn strategy into client-friendly narratives that meet AU compliance &
disclosure standards
Call providers to verify fees/features and capture disclosures precisely
Compare platforms; document fee/feature/performance rationale
Collaborate across advice & ops; step in to help teammates and close loops
