We are seeking a highly experienced Upwork Bidding Specialist who understands how to strategically position services, craft winning proposals, and consistently secure high-quality projects.
This is a performance-driven role focused on revenue generation through Upwork and similar freelance platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Identify high-potential projects aligned with our services (AI Automation, Software Development, HR Solutions, Virtual Assistants, Real Estate Automation, etc.)
Analyze client requirements and pain points before drafting proposals
Write tailored, persuasive, non-generic proposals
Optimize Upwork profile visibility and response rate
Handle client communication until deal closure
Negotiate pricing strategically without undercutting value
Maintain bidding tracker and performance metrics
Recommend improvements in positioning and service packaging
