who understands how to strategically position services, craft winning proposals, and consistently secure high-quality projects.

This is a performance-driven role focused on revenue generation through Upwork and similar freelance platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify high-potential projects aligned with our services (AI Automation, Software Development, HR Solutions, Virtual Assistants, Real Estate Automation, etc.)
• Analyze client requirements and pain points before drafting proposals
• Write tailored, persuasive, non-generic proposals
• Optimize Upwork profile visibility and response rate
• Handle client communication until deal closure
• Negotiate pricing strategically without undercutting value
