Freelance Process Operator - Food Industry

For a leading food production and innovation company we are currently looking for an experienced freelance Process Operator to support the production and pilot plant team on a long-term interim basis.

You will play a key role in operating and optimising advanced food-processing installations, with a strong focus on thermal and drying processes.

Your Responsibilities:

As a freelance Process Operator, you will be responsible for:

• Operating and monitoring food-processing and pilot plant equipment
• Running and controlling spray dryers, pasteurisation and heating systems
• Monitoring critical process parameters (temperature, pressure, flow, etc.)
• Adjusting processes to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical and process-related issues
