Tech Headhunter. Commission Based. Remote
We are looking for an experienced Tech Headhunter to help us place high quality engineering and product talent for fast growing companies.
This is a fully commission based role with payouts of up to
10,000 USD per successful hire
. No cap on earnings. Work from anywhere.
What you'll do
• Source and engage senior tech candidates
• Run end to end candidate screening
• Present qualified profiles to hiring teams
• Manage candidates through interviews to close
What we're looking for
• Proven experience recruiting software engineers or tech roles
• Strong sourcing skills on LinkedIn and other platforms
• Clear communication and follow up
• Self driven and results focused
