Role Description

This is a freelance remote role for a Freelance Recruiter with a commission-based payment structure per successful hire. The Freelance Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and interviewing qualified candidates to meet the staffing needs of the organization. Daily tasks include developing and implementing recruitment strategies, conducting interviews, and maintaining candidate databases to ensure a smooth hiring process. Success in this role will be measured by the number of successful placements and impactful hires made.
