Job Description

We’re looking for two experienced freelance Account Managers or Senior Account Managers to join a global healthcare communications group, working across an exciting mix of international pharma marketing projects.
You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality, creative and strategic campaigns across multiple European markets – from a paediatric neurology launch, to a portfolio of smaller accounts spanning digital, media, and congress work.
What you’ll be doing:
Managing and coordinating client accounts across Europe (Germany, Italy, Spain, the UK, Switzerland), ensuring projects are delivered on time, on brief, and on budget.
Acting as the main client contact. Building strong relationships, managing expectations, and keeping communication flowing.
