Human Made is seeking a Senior Web Engineer (external contractor / freelancer) to join our globally distributed team. You will work on WordPress projects, collaborate with senior engineers, and contribute to large-scale digital solutions. We are fully remote and have been for over 10 years.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership at a project level for your own work and for work that interacts with yours
• Assist other developers on your projects
• Architect projects and complex subsystems
• Assess the pros and cons of different approaches to software architecture
• Carry out bug fixes and debugging across your projects
• Improve tooling, code, and communication on current or related projects
