Scope of Work
As a Subject Matter Expert, you'll apply your expertise to strengthen existing course and assessment content by:

• Reviewing and validating assessment items against current job-readiness and cognitive-ability standards
• Evaluating question quality, difficulty balance, clarity, and real-world relevance
• Refining or rewriting questions and improving workplace-applied scenarios
• Advising on best practices for adult learners preparing for workplace cognitive or aptitude tests
