Key Responsibilities:

• Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, Upwork, and other platforms.
• Conduct outreach and provide potential candidates with detailed information about available positions.
• Review resumes and conduct preliminary screenings to assess candidate fit.
• Maintain detailed records of candidates, including sourcing channels and communication history.
• Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure alignment with job requirements.
• Stay proactive in building and maintaining an active candidate pipeline for future roles.
