Freelance Telesales Specialist (Hourly Rate)

Summary



We are looking to hire a Telesales Specialist to join us in our mission to educate the world. The successful candidate shall be responsible for generating sales revenue by making outbound calls to potential customers. The primary purpose of this role is to promote and sell Nagwa services over the phone, while providing excellent customer service and meeting sales targets.



Responsibilites



+ Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from a provided list or database to introduce and promote Nagwa services to potential customers with the goal of generating sales.



+ Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs, preferences, and purchasing requirements.







+ Provide accurate and detailed information about Nagwa services, benefits, pricing, and any promotional offers to identify new opportunities and to increase profit margins.
