Freelancer- Consultant ERP Implementation Lead

Our client, a leading global investment firm is looking to engage with a Consultant to Lead end-to-end ERP selection and implementation for a multi-site hospital chain in the Philippines - owning the program from requirements and vendor/partner selection through contracting, implementation, change management, go-live, and rollout stabilization.
Key responsibilities:
-ERP strategy & requirements: Define target processes and functional requirements across finance, procurement, supply chain, inventory, fixed assets, AP/AR, budgeting, reporting; align with hospital operations.
-Vendor selection: Run RFI/RFP, demos, scoring models, reference checks, and final recommendation for hospital-appropriate ERP.
-Implementation partner selection: Identify, evaluate, and contract a qualified SI/implementation partner; set delivery model and governance.
