Freight Billing/Audit Specialist, Transportation

We are looking for a Transportation Billing/Freight Audit Specialist candidate.

On a day-to-day basis, you will analyze our outbound freight to determine potential process improvement, generating cash flow and saving opportunities. You will play a major role in managing relationships with carriers, ensuring compliance with service level agreements.

You will be involved in ensuring the enforcement of Standard Operating Procedures, company

policy, all legal/regulatory considerations, and company/regional Safety and Quality procedures.

You will be auditing freight billing from our 3PL Managed Transportation vendors' transportation

management system to our SAP invoicing system. You will manage our freight accessorial

process and review variances to approved pricing between the systems to ensure we are
