Freight Brokerage Director

We are seeking a senior operational leader with proven experience in U.S. Freight Brokerage, capable of structuring, disciplining, and scaling an operations team to high‑performance standards. This is not an administrative role; it is a strategic and execution‑driven position.

The Director/Head of Operations will be responsible for:

• Full control of operational performance.
• Process structuring.
• Risk management.
• Profitability per load.
• Team productivity.
• Building a culture of operational discipline.

Candidates must have proven experience in operations within the U.S. brokerage model (OTR, Spot, Contract).

Mandatory Requirements

• 4–5+ years of direct experience in Freight Brokerage operations (U.S. market).
• Experience leading operational teams of at least 5 people.
• Deep knowledge of:
• OTR (Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed)
• Spot market
• Carrier management
