Freight Brokerage Manager

The Director/Head of Operations will be responsible for:

• Full control of operational performance.

Candidates must have proven experience in operations within the U.S. brokerage model (OTR, Spot, Contract).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Operations team (OTR, Drayage, Inland).
• Establish clear performance metrics (daily, weekly, monthly KPIs).
• Supervise margin per load and cost control.
• Standardize SOPs and internal processes.
• Reduce operational errors and claims.
• Coordinate with the commercial team to ensure profitable execution.
• Implement structured performance reporting.
• Design a scalable operational growth plan.
