Spreetail is seeking a proactive Freight Coordinator to serve as the primary liaison between our brand partners and global transportation network. You'll manage container movements from ocean to dray delivery, ensuring on-time, cost-efficient performance. This role drives process consistency through SOPs, rapid exception resolution, and strong communication with carriers, dray providers, and warehouses. You'll verify documentation, negotiate carrier rates, and partner cross-functionally to resolve delivery issues. Fluency in Mandarin and English and 3–5 years of international freight forwarding experience (Trans-Pacific preferred) are required. Your impact will be measured through On-Time Delivery, Carrier Performance, Exception Resolution, and Brand Satisfaction.
