Freight Coordinator

SUMMARY:

Assists the Fleet Supervisor in documentation and administrative aspect of fleet operations. Responsible for coordinating the usage of motor vehicles in the yard which includes fleet maintenance records, GPS monitoring, and all pre-trip and post-trip documentation. The Fleet Supervisor leads and manages the dispatch team, drivers and related field employees.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. College graduate preferably in in a program in Logistics/Operations

2. At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field.

3. Must be keen in coordinating, scheduling and routing of truck fleet

4. Preferably with experience in Logistics/E-Commerce operations.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES

1. Good computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office and willing to learn other application software relating to the job functions
