Freight Cost Control & Governance

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date freight data within transportation and financial systems, including carrier rates, contracts, invoices, and accessorial charges.
• Support the development and implementation of standardized freight guidelines for site decision-makers, including preferred carriers and shipping methods (small parcel, LTL, FTL, expedited, international).
• Ensure freight decisions align with established guidelines based on shipment type, service level, cost, and business unit requirements.
• Partner with Finance and Supply Chain to validate freight charges and support invoice accuracy and cost-control initiatives.

Internal Controls & Compliance
