Freight & Customs Accounts Expert

Job Description:

• Highly experienced in freight and customs billing (to take ownership of the billing side of customer onboarding)
• AP/AR Processing Invoices (Freight and Customs)
• Bank Reconciliation
• Profit & Loss Reports / Reviewing / Checking / Verifying
• End of Month Reports, Invoicing outstanding AP/AR

Requirements:

• Deep experience with billing in Australian forwarding and customs.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Available to join the team almost exclusively from here on out.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Accountancy, Banking & Finance, Financial Management, and related courses.
• Applicants with Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable work backgrounds will be prioritized.
• Experience in Cargowise One system is a must.
• AU experience is an advantage.
• Required Skill(s): Communication, Typing, Logistics, Brokerage
