Freight & Customs Accounts Expert (Process Trainer)

Job Description:

• AP/AR Processing Invoices (Freight and Customs)
• Bank Reconciliation
• Profit & Loss Reports / Reviewing / Checking / Verifying
• End of Month Reports, Invoicing outstanding AP/AR
• Process external, internal invoices, payments with accurate coding.
• Other adhoc tasks as assigned by immediate superior

• Main duty is to guide new employees' on-boarding and transition from being a trainee to a full-time member of their account/team.

• Assess trainees' understanding and progress and make any necessary adjustments to the program.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Accountancy, Banking & Finance, Financial Management, and related courses.
• Applicants with Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable work backgrounds will be prioritized.
• Experience in Xero system is a must.
• AU experience is an advantage.
