Freight Forwarder Account Executive

About the role

We are seeking a Freight Forwarder Account Executive to join our team at PCL GLOBAL FREIGHT SDN. BHD.' in Klang, Selangor. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in managing accounts and driving the growth of our freight forwarding business.

1 . Billing & Invoicing

• Prepare, review, and issue accurate invoices based on contracts, purchase orders, or service agreements
• Ensure billing complies with agreed pricing, terms, and tax regulations
• Resolve billing discrepancies, adjustments, and credit/debit notes
• Maintain billing schedules and recurring invoices where applicable

2. Accounts Receivable Management

• Monitor AR aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances
• Ensure timely collection of payments in line with credit terms
• Post customer payments accurately (bank transfers, checks, online payments)
