Job Description

Responsibilities
 – Communication
Promote value-added services to enhance customer experience.

Maintain clear, consistent communication with Terminal Operations, Gatehouse, and Sales Departments.

Proactively inform all stakeholders about delays or issues related to shipments.

Identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving measures to enhance department efficiency.

Take initiative in driving change and continuous improvement.

Ensure attention to detail and high-quality standards in all activities.
Skills & Qualifications
Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential. Additional EU language skills are an advantage.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint).

Knowledge of hazardous cargo regulations is a plus.
Background
Logistics education or equivalent professional experience.
