Job Description


  • Coordinate air‑freight export shipments for Latin American customers.

  • Maintain communication with Latin American clients, carriers, and agents to ensure smooth operational processes.

  • Prepare and process export documentation in compliance with applicable regulations.

  • Monitor shipments and resolve any issues that may arise during transport.

  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.

  • Collaborate with colleagues to optimize operational efficiency.

Direct contract with the employer, with the prospect of a permanent position.Specialize in the Latin American market.

  • Able to obtain an airfreight Certificate of No Objection (VGB). Has lived in the EU for 8+ years.

  • Resides in the Randstad area.

  • Proven experience in a comparable role.

  • Excellent command of English and Portuguese, both spoken and written.
