Overview

• Position: Freight Forwarding Coordinator / Operations Executive
• Location: Changi Airfreight (With WFH Flexibility to be discussed)
• Working hours: 5 Days Work Week – Monday to Friday: 8.30AM to 5.30PM
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,000 + AWS + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave + Transport Allowance
• Duration: Permanent

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end import and export operations for smooth shipment execution
• Coordinate with airlines, shipping lines, trucking, and warehouse partners
• Track shipment status and resolve delays or operational issues proactively
• Serve as main contact for clients, providing updates and handling queries
