Freight Forwarding Specialist

Position Overview:

Ensure timely and accurate data entry into CEVA and customers systems in line with respective SLA agreements in place. CEVA requires this data to provide internal customers the required information in a timely manner.

Information in the relevant systems is only valuable if it is accurate, up to date and useable.

Key Accountabilities:

• Track & Trace
• Milestone Updating
• Identifying Data Accuracy
• Managing Milestone Data
• Data Entry to CEVA Tools
• Managing milestone KPI Reports
• Pull and review reports from customer systems
• Responds to internal questions related to track and trace inquiries

Position Requirements

• Air or Ocean Import, Billing and/or Export experience is a must.
• Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
