Job Description

Responsibilities 

  • Verify transport and logistics invoices for accuracy and contract compliance.

  • Process, correct, and approve invoices in SAP.

  • Clarify invoice discrepancies with freight forwarders, suppliers, and internal teams.

  • Track open items, reminders, and maintain invoice documentation.

  • Prepare reports on invoice status, errors, and processing performance.

  • Support process improvements and digitalization of invoice workflows.

  • Cooperate with purchasing, logistics, controlling, and external partners.

Requirements 

  • Experience in invoice verification, freight forwarding, or logistics administration.

  • Good knowledge of SAP and invoice/accounting processes.

  • Understanding of transport contracts, Incoterms, and billing rules.

  • Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
