• Oversee and manage the P&L for the company's freight forwarding division (Air & Ocean), ensuring profitability and cost efficiency.
• Lead and optimize import/export operations, including Ocean Freight, Air Freight, and Customs Brokerage, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
• Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth, operational excellence, and market expansion.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify business opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Manage and mentor operations teams, ensuring smooth execution of logistics processes, from planning to final delivery.
