Freight Operation Executive

Job Responsibilities Track shipment status daily and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Prepare and issue quotations and invoices promptly. Coordinate with suppliers for cargo collection and identify appropriate sailings. Obtain competitive freight rates from carriers and handle bookings with them. Plan and forecast shipment schedules based on material expediting reports. Work as the on-site logistics and shipping support at the client's location. Compile project costs, shipment profile & loss, and generate monthly reports. Liaise with overseas team for freight rates, bookings, tracking shipment updates, etc. Manage tender preparation and submission. Handle import/export permits for customs clearance. Any other duties as assigned. Requirements Min NITEC/ Diploma/Degree in logistics / supply chain studies or equivalent Min 3 years' relevant working experience in freight forwarding Proficient in Microsoft Office would be advantageous Willing to travel overseas
