POSITION SUMMARY
A Singapore-based freight forwarder handling 100-300 TEU/month across Asia-Pacific export trades is hiring a Freight Operations Admin. This role focuses on essential documentation checking, data entry, and proactive communication with partners and clients to ensure smooth export workflows. Comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided for industry-specific systems (TradeNet). KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
System Data Entry & Updates:
Accurately input and update shipment milestones, container numbers, and billing details into our freight forwarding system.
Documentation Checking & Processing:
Assist in preparing and verifying shipping documents (Draft Bills of Lading, Packing Lists, and Commercial Invoices) for accuracy.
Frontline Coordination:
Act as a key point of contact for routine updates-liaising with shipping lines, co-loaders, and vendors to confirm booking statuses and container releases.
