Freight Operations Coordinator

A national transport operation is seeking a Freight Investigator to join its Melbourne team. This position sits at the centre of customer service, freight visibility and operational problem‑solving. You’ll be the link between customers, contractors, drivers and internal operations — ensuring freight flows smoothly and issues are resolved quickly.
