Freight Quotation Specialist

• Prepare and process shipping documents (e.g., bills of lading, packing lists, invoices)
• Handle quotation, pricing, and rate negotiation with international agents and Freight partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and freight forwarders .
• Knowledgeable on the Process of Freight Forwarding process.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness .
• Communicate with carriers, suppliers, and customers
• Track, trace, and ensure timely delivery of shipments , addressing any service concerns promptly.
• Ensure compliance with customs and shipping regulations
• Maintain regular communication with clients and overseas agents regarding shipment updates and requirements.
