Freight & Sourcing Manager

As a member of the Maritime Cryogenic Supply Management Committee, you will define and execute sourcing strategy for the molecule (argon, CO2, hydrogen, biofuels .. ) and the freight (sea & road transport). You will lead the development of a competitive, agile operational model, ensuring the seamless sourcing of cryogenic molecules and logistics to deliver world wide customers from Asia Pacific.
Your core mission will be
Strategic Leadership: Define and implement the end-to-end sourcing strategy in collaboration with global and regional industrial direction and procurement teams.
Sourcing Excellence: Build a high-performance sourcing model for molecules and sea/road freight, ensuring safety, quality, and cost-competitiveness.
Process Ownership: Lead the full procurement lifecycle—from supplier selection and qualification to contract negotiation and performance monitoring.
