Job Overview
As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for the Pizza Pizza team, you will serve as the initial point of contact for our valued customers. Your primary responsibility will be to accurately and efficiently process pizza orders received via telephone. This role offers a structured career progression, commencing at Level 1 (Order Taking), from there, you'll advance to Level 2 (Customer Service), then to Level 3 (Catering), and finally to the Level 4 (Escalated Queue). Throughout your professional journey, your overarching objective will be to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through the delivery of outstanding service in both English and French.
