Job Description

We are looking for a customer-focused support professional who can diagnose and resolve technical issues, deliver timely and high-quality service, collaborate effectively across teams, and communicate clearly while adhering to data privacy and operational standards.
Your tasks would be: 
Take full ownership of customer-reported issues, ensuring they are thoroughly managed through to resolution;
Research, diagnose, and troubleshoot hardware and software problems, identifying effective solutions in a timely manner;
Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams, following established procedures and protocols;
Deliver prompt, accurate, and reliable information to customers, adapting communication style to suit varying technical skill levels;
