PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Responsible for supervising team's performance, ensuring that client's metrics are met, and the morale of the team is charged to drive the team towards success.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic French-speaking Team Manager to lead a high-performing team in a 24/7 customer support environment. The role involves managing day-to-day operations, ensuring service level adherence, and delivering exceptional customer experiences across all shifts. The Team Manager will be responsible for coaching, performance management, and maintaining team engagement while driving operational excellence and achieving client KPIs.
