Position Summary
The Fresh Department Associate (Poultry, Fish & Seafood) is responsible for handling, preparing, and maintaining the quality of fresh poultry, fish, and seafood products. This role ensures freshness, hygiene, proper display, and customer satisfaction while complying with food safety standards and company SOPs.
Key Responsibilities
Product Handling & Preparation
Handle fresh poultry (chicken), fish, and seafood safely and hygienically
Cut, clean, portion, and pack poultry and seafood as required
Ensure all fresh products meet quality and freshness standards before display
Monitor stock levels and rotate products using FIFO method
Fresh Counter & Display
Arrange and replenish fresh poultry and seafood displays neatly
Ensure correct pricing, labeling, and product information are displayed
