About the role

Asticom Technology Inc. is seeking ambitious fresh graduates to join our Finance Admin team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. This is a contract position that offers hands-on experience in a dynamic and growing technology company. As a Finance Admin, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our accounting and finance operations.

What you'll be doing

• Assist with the processing of accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping
• Conduct data entry and maintain financial records and databases
• Prepare bank reconciliations and other financial reports as required
• Provide administrative support to the finance team, including filing, document management and general office duties
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather and provide financial information
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of finance processes and procedures
