Job Summary

:Paytm is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Field Executives to join our Service Department across various locations in Chhattisgarh . This is a service-oriented role, not a sales position. You will visit merchants and help resolve product-related issues while ensuring smooth usage of Paytm services and devices.Key Responsibilities:1. Service Support Tasks:Visit customers for servicing of Paytm deviceReplace faulty Soundbox / QR Code.Replace non-working EDC (Card Swipe) machines.Assist customers in activating and using Paytm services.Reactivate services for old or inactive Paytm users (win-back).2.
