Fresher IT Support

Job Title: Technical Support (Korean / Japanese Speaker) – Freshers

Location: TPM, Bukit Jalil, KL

Shifts: Normal

Role:

Provide L1 technical support to users via call/chat/email. Troubleshoot basic issues related to software, hardware, MS Office, email, and network. Log tickets, follow SOPs, and escalate when required.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Korean (TOPIK) or Japanese (JLPT).
• Freshers / entry-level candidates welcome (Complete training will be provided from Scratch.
• Basic IT knowledge (Windows, MS Office, Internet)
• Good communication.
• Good to Have: IT background or helpdesk exposure
