Job Summary

The Ward Resident Medical Officer (RMO) is responsible for providing continuous medical care to admitted patients, coordinating with consultants and nursing staff, and ensuring high standards of patient safety and clinical excellence within the hospital wards.Key Responsibilities1. Clinical Duties- Monitor and manage admitted patients on a daily basis.- Perform initial assessment, examination, and documentation of patients.- Implement treatment plans as advised by consultants.- Respond promptly to medical emergencies in the ward.- Write progress notes, treatment orders, and discharge summaries.2.
