Job Description

We are hiring a Front Counter Lead who can handle orders, payments, and guest experience while keeping the kitchen informed and moving.

You are the bridge between customers and the pizza line.

Responsibilities

• Take walk-in, phone, and online orders
• Operate POS and handle cash/card payments
• Communicate order flow to the kitchen
• Upsell drinks, sides, and whole pies
• Handle customer concerns professionally
• Keep counter area clean and organized

Requirements

• Customer service or cashier experience preferred
• Clear communication skills
• Comfortable multitasking
• Professional and calm under pressure
