About the role

We are seeking a skilled and professional Front Desk Assistant to join our team at THAI SPA & WELLNESS SDN. BHD. in Mount Austin Johor. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our spa and wellness centre.

What you'll be doing

• Welcoming and greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Handling inquiries, reservations, and bookings via phone, email, and in-person
• Providing information about our services, products, and facilities
• Assisting with check-in and check-out procedures
• Maintaining accurate records and client databases
• Handling cash and card payments, and reconciling transactions
• Providing general administrative support as needed
• Ensuring the reception area is well-organised and presentable at all times
