Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist walk-in customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle parcel drop-offs and pickups
- Perform parcel handling, sorting, and packaging duties
- Provide information on our services, shipping options, and pricing
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area
- Assist with daily administrative tasks when required
Requirements:
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, POS systems)
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus)
- Physically fit to handle parcels (light to moderate weight)
- Responsible, punctual, and customer-oriented
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior front desk, customer service, or logistics experience is an added advantage
