Role Description
– Be the face of VMX — welcoming members and creating a positive experience at every interaction
– Manage daily front desk operations including check-ins, memberships and member queries
– Handle administrative tasks, record keeping and shift reporting accurately
– Monitor the facility and flag any issues to the right teams promptly
– Work collaboratively across shifts, supporting your team and management
